Active Health & Wellbeing support local communities to live healthier lives through physical activity and healthy eating
We strive to educate how to eat a healthy balanced diet, as well as have an opportunity to get physically active at a level suited to you.
We know not everyone is comfortable going to a gym or joining a sports club, so we provide programmes at your school, local community centre or workplace with like minded people who are in the same boat as you. There are programmes where you can attend as a family or find a session just for you.
Time is precious so we also offer 6 week programmes where you can gain practical and realistic tips on how to improve eating habits as well as getting active all at the same time and venue - having the two in one is surely a win win!
