Service Description

A 60 minute workshop to improve pupils health and wellbeing during the stressful periods of exams. Improving health of students can improve wellbeing, improved concentration, reduce stress and improve performance. The session can be tailored for individual schools requests but will include information on eating well, reducing sugar and avoiding energy drinks, ensuring you exercise and some mindfulness to help relax.
